Marcos Jr. doesn’t respect democracy.

Calling a valid impeachment process a "distraction" speaks volumes about BBM's respect for actual democracy. It's like deja vu from Sara's impeachment last year. These separate impeachment attempts against the president and the vice president show a clear divide in Congress: the House of Reps behind Marcos while Sara maintains strong support in the Senate and the Supreme Court - all unwilling and incapable of actually upholding democracy.

We support the Makabayan bloc's effort to challenge that status quo. Their complaints against BBM are rooted in his inutility as a President and genuine concern about his role in corruption rather than a statement declaring their allegiance to their chosen political dynasty.

BBM spent months parading around this idea of accountability against corrupt politicians but has yet to produce any substantial arrests, his Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) has collapsed under the weight of its own ineptitude, and he himself has been implicated for stealing billions from the people. This is on top of his family's already long legacy of stolen wealth.

The last 3 years, BBM has tanked the Philippine economy, sold off the country, its resources, and its people bit by bit, invited militarization and violence, dragging us into war with another country, all while pocketing tax payers money.

We must hold the Philippines' biggest nepo baby accountable for his crimes against the Filipino people!
