China, hands off the Philippines! Defend Philippine Sovereignty!

Malaya Movement USA joins the Filipino people in strongly condemning the latest water cannon attacks by the Chinese Coast Guard against Philippine vessels near the Pag-Asa Cay 2. This recent incident comes amidst increasing tensions in the territory, fueled by ever-increasing US military presence in the region.

With less than two weeks away until Philippine Independence Day, Malaya Movement USA stands firm in our commitment to defend Philippine sovereignty against all foreign encroachment and intervention. We must push our government to commit to protect the rights and interests of Filipinos first and foremost and not foreign interests. Assert genuine sovereignty and stop putting the Filipino people in mortal danger between the two warring super powers.
