Revoke the NAP-UPD! Abolish the NTF-ELCAC!
The supposed “National Action Plan for Unity, Peace, and Development” (NAP-UPD) recently adopted by the Marcos regime through its Memorandum Circular 83 on May 2, 2025 is nothing but another deceptively-worded fascist policy that will only lead to increased human rights violations against the Filipino people and fail to address the root causes of the ongoing armed conflict in the Philippines.
Let us continue to fight for genuine democracy! Expose the rotten elections! Labanan ang kasamaan at kadiliman ng mga Marcos at Duterte!
Undemocratic elections
From the Philippines to the US, the 2025 midterm elections were plagued with discrepancies, inadequacies, lack of public information and outreach – an utter failure of the government to facilitate a genuinely democratic election. In the weeks leading up the the elections, initial reports from the International Observers Mission (IOM), facilitated by the International Coalition for Human Rights in the Philippines’ (ICHRP), were sounding the alarm on cases of red-tagging and disinformation, violence and killings amidst the campaign, disenfranchisement, vote buying, among other issues.

Red-tagging was found to be the number one election campaign violation according to elections watchdog Vote Report PH as of April 30.

Stop Red-Tagging ICC lawyer Krissy Conti!
Duterte’s troll army has returned in full force since he was arrested by the International Criminal Court (ICC) on March 11. Thousands of his supporters, both organic and paid, have resurfaced to attack the families of victims of the drug war to defend the fascist tyrant. One example is of Sheerah Escudero, whose brother was murdered by the Duterte regime in 2017. Days after Duterte’s arrest, she received death threats by numerous Diehard Duterte Supporters (DDS) on her Facebook page for simply fighting for justice for her slain brother.

Migrant workers rights are human rights! Ambassador Romualdez, Marcos Jr, DFA, DMW are no help to Filipinos in the US!
On May Day, Malaya Movement USA took part in actions led by the Tanggol Migrante Network, BAYAN USA, and Migrante USA to protest the criminal neglect and willful abandonment of the Philippine government of Filipino workers, especially of migrants who are currently languishing in detention under Trump’s first 100 days. Filipinos and other migrants are suffering from inhumane and exploitative conditions in detention facilities, including Malaya Georgia member Alma Bowman, Ligaya Jensen in Arizona, and Aunty Lynn Dixon in Washington. In these profit-driven ICE detention centers, migrants are forced to work for as low as $1 per day to $2 as in the case of Ligaya.
